What We Do
Our programme areas aim at ensuring character development,street rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration as well as improving knowledge and skills of rehabilitated youth & women and linking them to opportunities
It involves advocating for the general welfare, rights, and access to social services of the street-connected families and vulnerable families in the informal settlement. The aim is to ensure the emotional, psychological and social wellness of this group. It also targets sensitization on legal awareness so that they could make an informed decision concerning different matters in society with projects such as:
- Legal aid
- Academy
- Community-based rehabilitation, Interventions, and family support services
It involves training, linkage, and supporting youth, women, and vulnerable families to start economical activities to improve their livelihood in ways as:
- Jiboreshe
- Green Ventures
- Kenya Women’s Initiative for Waste Entrepreneurship and Sustainability
- Family Household Economic Strengthening
It is significant to care for the environment and we address it by :
- M-taka
- Community clean-ups
- Recycling & Value Addition
- Climate Change Advocacy
